LESSON STUDY LEARNING COMMUNITY (LSLC): ALTERNATIF PEMBELAJARAN UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KETERAMPILAN BERPIKIR SISTEM (KBS)
Keywords:
Lesson Study Learning Community (LSLC), systems thinking skills, environmental changeAbstract
Systems thinking skills are crucial in 21st-century biology learning. These skills are still low among students. This study aims to analyze the improvement of systems thinking skills through Lesson Study Learning Community (LSLC). The study used a quasi-experimental approach with a Non-equivalent Control Group Design. The sample involved 68 10th-grade students. Data were analyzed using N-Gain. The experimental class' N-Gain was 0.48, categorized as moderate. The lowest increase was 0.36 for the relationship indicator between system components. The control class' N-Gain was 0.24, categorized as low. The highest increase was 0.36 for the system component
analysis indicator. The lowest increase was 0.12 for the system component relationship indicator. The results indicate that LSLC supports the improvement of systems thinking skills through collaborative and reflective learning. LSLC is recommended as an alternative learning method for Environmental Change.
