Abstract

This study analyzes students' attitudes toward biology learning on biodiversity material using digital comic media in a problem based learning model. A quantitative descriptive method was used with a Likert questionnaire 1–5, measuring students' attitudes toward the application of the problem based learning model, digital comic media, and biodiversity material. The sample consisted of 22 students of a private Islamic Senior High School in Bandung Regency. Data were analyzed using Cronbach's alpha reliability and descriptive analysis. The results showed that students had a positive attitude towards the three indicators amounting to 89.63% (good), confirming that problem-based biology learning assisted by digital comics is effective in increasing student engagement and learning experience.
