Students’ responses to stimuli provided by teachers are one of the fundamental aspects that support the success of the learning process. This study aims to describe and analyze students’ responses to the implementation of the Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) learning model in a lesson on the excretory system integrated with Islamic values. The study employed a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The research sample consisted of 36 students selected through purposive sampling. The research instrument was a closed-ended questionnaire using a Likert scale. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics by calculating the percentage for each indicator, then interpreted based on student response criteria. The results showed that the average percentage of student responses to the CIRC learning model was 82.40%, meeting the very good criterion; to the excretory system material integrated with Islamic values, it was 82.96%, meeting the very good criterion; and to the learning activities, it was 83.24%, meeting the very good criterion. Overall, the average percentage of student responses reached 82.87%, meeting the very good
criterion. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the implementation of the CIRC learning model for the excretory system curriculum integrated with Islamic values received a positive response from students. This positive response indicates that the CIRC model is capable of supporting more effective learning by increasing students’ interest, participation, and comfort throughout the learning process.
